Valentine’s Day: Quinta do Bomfim offers tasting with chocolate pairing

Love is in the air and Quinta do Bomfim is no exception. Located in Pinhão, in the heart of the Douro, the historic Symington family property will mark Valentine’s Day with a special offer for everyone who chooses to celebrate the anniversary with a guided tour. From February 14th to 18th, visitors will have access, at no additional cost, to a tasting of Graham’s Six Grapes, paired with chocolates. In addition to the visit, which costs 18 euros, and the gift tasting, the remaining tasting options, which include several references from Symington’s wine portfolio and with prices starting at 25 euros, remain available.

As with the rest of the year, the various activities offered by the Wine Tourism Center will be available during these days and Quinta do Bomfim invites all visitors to discover them and enjoy one of the most romantic landscapes in the region. The vineyard tour, which costs eight euros and includes a kit that brings together the necessary elements for a comfortable walk, is one of the suggestions. The Bomfim 1896 with Pedro Lemos restaurant will have its doors open to those who choose to mark the date with a refined meal, in a warm atmosphere that replicates the ancient cuisines of the Douro. The restaurant, located on the property, has new features on its menu and will offer tasting menus from February 13th.
