Sauvignon Blanc da Bacalhôa launched 

The Bacalhôa family of single varieties now has a new member, Bacalhôa Sauvignon Blanc, produced as the name implies with a French variety of great worldwide prominence, now also planted in the clay-limestone terroir of Quinta da Bacalhôa. 

 This monovarietal – Bacalhôa Sauvignon Blanc 2022, has a very present acidity, floral and fruity aromatic notes, with good concentration and freshness on the palate. 

 This wine is the ideal pairing for lovers of Portuguese cuisine, whether light fish dishes, such as salted sea bass or shellfish; or milder meat dishes such as chicken or turkey. Due to its notable aromatic complexity, it also stands out as an excellent choice for international dishes, more exotic and spicy, with dishes such as pad thai, sushi, Peruvian ceviche or a poke bowl.
