With the coldest days just around the corner, The Pur Terroir infusions, entirely biologically conceived and using artisanal processes, are the ideal companion to warm body and soul on the grayest of days. So you can take advantage of these characteristics and get to know the history and the place where the infusions are produced, Soalheiro offers an Infusion Tasting (€15), where you can try three of the ten flavors available, in harmony with Prados de Melgaço cheese , jam from Quinta de Folga and honey from Zé. You can also visit the countryside where these are meticulously produced and cared for, side by side with the vineyards.

In the year in which it celebrates its 40th anniversary and thinking of lovers of Soalheiro wines, the producer opens the doors of the garage where Soalheiro started 40 years ago, the new Sala Origin, for a journey that traverses its history, offering various tasting options . The highlight goes to the 40 Years Tasting (120€), an exclusive tasting to celebrate the anniversary, where it will be possible to taste the evolution of Soalheiro and explore the elasticity of the Alvarinho variety. In this tasting, in addition to older vintages, the Special Edition Soalheiro 40 Years and Soalheiro Clássico wines, there are several other references to choose from and which can be enjoyed over two hours. In addition, there is the possibility of visiting the first vineyard and the cellar and innovation cellar, as well as a vat tasting in this cellar.

There are five wine tastings available: Premium Tasting (65€), Fusion (35€), Nature (25€), Origin (18€) and Classic (12€). In addition to tasting the various references associated with each one of them, you will also be able to learn about the producer’s journey and contemplate the view over the Minho River valley from the tasting room.

And because Melgaço is known for its unique gastronomy, full of traditional products, Soalheiro has also created five options for gastronomic experiences. To enjoy as a couple and taste some of the flavors of the territory, always accompanied by a selection of harmonized wines, it is possible to opt for the Traditional Tasting (20€), Ancestral (30€) or Roots (25€). For those who prefer a meal with the family or with a group of friends, the Light Meal (25€/person; minimum 4 people) is available, which includes local products paired with wine of your choice, or the Lunch Menu at the Table at the Farm da Folga (65€/person; minimum 8 people), which allows you to taste three typical homemade dishes harmonized with different expressions of Alvarinho.
