Harvest Program in Torre de Palma

Respecting its Roman roots, Torre de Palma marks the beginning of the harvest in mid-August, as well as the beginning of the harvest program. It ends in mid-October, celebrating the date on which the must is consecrated. During the weeks in which the harvest takes place, participants will spend a day in the vineyard, participate in the harvest, and in the cellar they will be able to learn more about the vineyards and varieties, choose the best grapes and taste the wines.

2022 Harvest Program:

• Welcome to Torre de Palma and delivery of the vintage kit
• Visit to the vineyards to learn about the grape varieties and hand-pick the grapes
• Selection of the best grapes at the selection table
• Visit to the winery with tasting of musts from the 2022 vintage
• Lunch or dinner at PALMA Restaurant with selected drinks
• Offer of a bottle of Torre de Palma Tinto BASILII wine as a souvenir of the harvest
