Morgado do Quintão launches wine tourism events inspired by Algarve cuisine

Morgado do Quintão announces the launch of ‘À MESA’, a series of monthly gastronomic events inspired by the family recipe book and coordinated by chef Sérgio Gama. The first event will be on February 24th at 1pm and the meetings continue monthly, always with new features that celebrate the Algarve, Morgado do Quintão and the local community. 

Morgado do Quintão aims to pay homage to family and traditional Algarve cuisine, offering participants a unique gastronomic experience that reflects the recipes and stories of that place. Each event will be an opportunity to explore the diversity and richness of local ingredients, through dishes that combine contemporary techniques with centuries-old traditions and local products. «‘À MESA’ is the beauty of new gastronomic memories inspired by our family recipe book in a series of meetings that celebrate the Algarve, our home and our community», says Filipe Vasconcellos. The property, under the management of Filipe and his sister, Teresa Caldas de Vasconcellos, continues to be a bastion of Algarve culture and viticulture, with a deep respect for its terroir and traditions. 

On February 24th, the menu will focus on local and seasonal products in a combination that celebrates the Algarve of yesteryear, and includes cover charge, three starters, two main courses and dessert.
